First of all of course: Gotta catch them all! Especially there are four mythicals running around you might want to find.
Also some of the bosses you've already fought have reapppeared way stronger for a rematch. Some other new boss encounters have opened up as well. Those are skattered all around the world map though so you have to explore some obscure areas to find them.
The endgame content however isn't to well flashed out. When you're done with the story there isn't much gameplay left to enjoy. Just a lot of grinding and a couple more or less compelling fights.
I'm not complaining though, Manamon II's story campain is long enough.
