OK folks. Spoiler Below.
So I can't exactly and dogmatically where the Blackmatter Husk in the Catacomes is, but I can say it is on the third floor somewhere on the southeast to south central part. Somewhere very south on the map. And no it is not hidden. I hope this helps in some way. You just need to be patient and do some grid searching.
