Hm. Maybe, though I can't confirm just how accessible these options are. It seems the ipynb format has some associations with [ipython]. For some less than straight forward ways, there's also a Jupyter ipynb converter [here] that allows you to convert such documents to pdf or html, there's also some info [here] on converting html to ipynb.

Some other options may also include [JupyText] which represents such notebooks as text. [GoCalc] which is an online service for running ipynb notebooks in your browser. [PyCharm] also seems to have some support for working with ipynb files in a more scripting oriented way. There's also [Visual Studio Code], though that seems a bit graphically heavy.
