I have the same problem with navigation or it wont works form me I have talked with cedric and after pressing on end conversation I am trying to navigate with WSA or d and pressing spacebar but I am still interacting with cedric.
Sometimes nothink happens.
I have turned off nvda browsign mode.
For me this game is not playable yet.
I hope that this guy will add an better accessibility
