Jimmy, it is a confusing thing to be sure, but there is a saying that at least partially fits.
"Your rights end where mine begin."
But in the end this is a private website and they aren't bound by free speech laws except where hate speech is concerned, and no one can freaking decide what hate speech even means now anyway.
Meaning that if they decide to fall left of the issue (and to be fair looking at it logically anti trans people have done allot more harm than trans people at this point) than their is nothing much you can do about it.
I mean we don't ban games with religious characters in them just because people like Eliza have a problem with it, so it comes down to majority rules in the end.
