I'll just say this, be carefull with prebuilts. Some people have good luck with them but I know plenty of people that had problems with their super expensive prebuilt rigs where stuff would stop working, just cable management would be horrible, which could shorten the life of components and restrict the airflow of the rig, etc. Most places tend to overcharge as well. My advice, get a list of parts together, buy 'em up and find a shop near by to assemble it for you, if that is possible. I think it'd be the best choice. Buying parts isn't very difficult either as long as you know what sockets are for what CPUs and what the RAM compatibility of your motherboard is. If you want the specs of my rig just let me know, I spent around $850 to $900 on the hole thing and it's a damn good PC
