@2: Spider-man tends to describe what's happening quite a lot, but yeah, there are a lot of "I just hear a bunch of webs and foley" sequences. X-men does give the characters distinct sound effects, but they also narrate less, so it kinda balances out, especially when there's a new character and they never explain what they can do (does anyone know what Apocalypse's powers actually are? I remember him evading an attack by just disappearing for a couple seconds, hitting Rogue with some kinda giant blast, growing, and in X-men Vs Street Fighter he has that drill and some kinda fireball drone-thing and ... o_o).
