Yep that's right. The copy feature is only in the paied version.
I use the app every day like my main keyboard, and it has totally speeded up my typing skills on my iPhone. I love it! I can't recommend this app enough.
Yes, the app is pricy, but I'll say the money are totally worth it if you're using the app every day.
