396, governments aren't overreacting, they are cronically underreacting to this virus. You should be aware that research suggests now that the spread is much more than six feet, and that spread and airosolissation happens even when talking and breathing. This virus isn't like the common cold. A typically flue a person infects 2.5 people average. But in Turkey for example, the health ministry said it was very common for them to trace at least 30 infections per person. Note these are documented contacts, and people infected by a single person. Imagine that there were 5 coronavirus cases, and each infected 30, which then went on to infect 30 each and so on. You can see how fast that would spread.
