The latest version of the wrapper which I linked to, which should be the one your using, doesn't use pyglet or PyAL, it uses an OpenAL Soft binary thats included with it. All you need to do is include the wrapper and OpenAL32.dll in your scripts working directory and you should be fine, though if you already have OpenAL installed it could interfere with it.
