Although they are still in the play store, Sonic Vision and Audex are both not being updated anymore.
As for the finger print sensor, all Samsung phones do not have a "finger print pad" on the front. I believe finger print gestures, are only supported by either you changing the gestures to mimic what said finger print options do while Talkback is running, or get a Pixel.
Those are your only two options.
