Hello. Yesterday I had that same issue. After starting the download and then hiding the client to system tray, after I restored it back I could not OCR the window anymore so could essentially not check the progress. Try closing the launcher completely and then opening it back up, you mmight be able to use OCR again. As to how you are going to close it I am not sure, since it's that inaccessible. Maybe try to kill it from task manager.
