Yeah, seriously guys. Almost all of the issues with Windows 10 I can think of a full or partial fix for.
Start menu? Use OpenShell.
Windows Security/Defender? Add exceptions! The new one is really nice now. You get a tree view of all your threats, you can sort them by date, threat level, ETC, and you can expand them to show more actions to quarantine, remove, or allow on device. Once you've allowed it, Security won't bother you about that particular file again.
Privacy? Harder for sure, but Microsoft does have options to limit that if you dig hard enough. Anyway, you're signing yourself up for this by using Windows 10. Either enjoy the ease of use, or, ya know, don't use technology?
Yes, by the way. You can most definitely run Windows 10 on 4GB of RAM. The original GPD Win is a great example of this!
