I haven't read all the messages in this topic, so I apologize if this question has already been asked.
I just purchased MK11 on Steam, and have already run into a problem, though it was probably my fault.
I want to turn on the Read Menu Options feature, but I guess I inadvertently set it to off from the Audio Options screen that came up when the game started. I guess I thought NVDA was referring to something else. Anyway, I can't get back there now. Does anyone know how to get to Audio Options again, as the normal Options menu doesn't read very well with NVDA. Alternatively, is there a way to reset the game so I can start fresh again?
