Yes, I know that Samsung TVs are not Android TVs exactly, but, wanted to ask about them as I didn't want to create another topic for that. And if you read clearly, I did say that they run Tizen OS, so that clarifies it. I also know that most Android apps will have an option to switch account, but when you have a not so tech savvy family, do you think they will switch everytime before searching for something or watching a video on the TV. No they won't, they don't do it on phones either. That's why I keep my accounts long away hidden from any of my family member's phones.

Thank you so much for that info. It is very glad to know that they do have screen reader built in. However, I wanted to ask you that: is the TV you have is it a high end TV? Because, Samsung has this weird habit of skimming down features in their mid-range phones too. I hope they don't skip screen reader on mid-range TVs.
Also, I do agree with you about the Samsung music thing. They have a very good history with built in music and tunes in their gadgets. I also love their yearly revisions of their Over The Horizon Ring-tones.
