If you gave me this for 20 dollars just running android 6, I would take it and make it a perfect phone for these who don't need something better, or it would be something that I would take where my more expensive phones shouldn't come.
Like, they just took android god knows what version, 5 or 6 I assume, riped the touch function, added keys and removed most important bits, letting it run ok, but very limited, with a huuge price tag.
Same with most, if not all blind products.
I have a Sunu and I am fed up with the quality for the price.
If you actually need a phone with a keypad, just get a decent phone that feels smaller, try to find a keyboard that just has what you need and connect it via bluetooth or usb ce.
