@Nocturnus, I think you might have completely misunderstood the situation there.
You see, there is nothing more disgusting than a pineapple pizza, therefore the trolls could not have found the idea of eating you worse than eating one.
On the other hand, as we all know, when you throw a pineapple they explode, this is why they're such offensive weapons since they spread their disgustingness over a wide area.
When you add that bollistic disgustingness onto a pizza, it is amplified, and so you have a truly horrible weapon which even causes trolls to run in terror, hence why once you through a pineapple pizza at the trolls, they sensibly fled from it, after all, we all remember how terrible weapons of mess disgusting are!
