@14 ah ok, am using the laptop leiout. I only notice this happening on really huge sites like cloudflare. But not on other sites, also when you use chrom you keep having to look out for this anoying thing called software reporter tool.exe which it likes to start sometimes. Idk what the hell that does except eating your processors and making your fans run, but when this launches it gets really laggy and on slower pcs it almost completely freeces.
