Most of programming isn't blind specific.  The only thing that really is is asking if an IDE is accessible.  99% of questions on this site are only specific to blind people because they happen to be about developing audiogames, but even though they are you could find the answers on Reddit or Stack Overflow without a problem if you just said you were writing a game and didn't bother mentioning that you're blind.
