Tried the game, the VO access is pretty awesome. Wish combat have sounds and notifications read automatically without you clicking on the notifications tab.
Combat sound is planned, but I don't have a release date for it yet. Notifications are difficult to manage automatically because the following narrative is focused once an option is used. There is a small sound though for when there's a new notification.

Great News! I played a bit of the free mode today and Voiceover accessibility is great. I agree on the Thing with the Combat sounds.
I would also like to say that the game's ambience sounds and Music are great, they make the game much more atmospheric.I have a Question though:

SKeep up the great work!
SPOILERS: There's five different ways of getting the antidote. Buy it (from the merchant or from Mev, a secret character), find it (available in three different locations, two are in the harbour and one in the chapels) and the fifth way is to make it yourself using a recipe and ingredients. Some ways require specific stats (like agility to climb or perception to find something), but one of them is available to anyone.
