Since when did we start talking about browser keyboard shortcuts and closing the window. And, if you want to close the window without any trouble to your finger, just slide your finger to the top right corner on the touchpad, and then tap once. That's real smooth!
Note: this will only work if your windows are maximized. and I am not responsible for any data loss or irritation or anger that might be caused by my tips/methods.
