@176, I don't think anyone is saying that it's unrealistic for her to be able to use a weapon. I practice martial arts that involve weapons and so do probably more than a few people on this forum. Most people saying that it's unrealistic, including me, are saying that it's unrealistic for a blind woman in a hypothetically medieval setting to be given a weapon and allowed to take charge of anything. But that discussion has been run into the ground because it's mostly speculation. People are trying to justify the awkward dialogue to the time period of the game, and some of us are simply saying that if the time period is reflected in the dialogue, the same sort of attitude would make it a time period where she wouldn't even be considered capable of fighting. But as a lot of us have concluded, that inconsistency is just one of those things in the game, and there's no point beating a dead horse. But there is definitely nobody, certainly not me, implying that she is incapable of fighting at all.
