@7: The problem, for the developer anyway, is that it's not possible to prove a negative. Okay, so you record yourself deleting the document you claim has the only copy of your licenses. But what you cannot prove is that you don't have another copy on another computer, or in the cloud. Or a print or Braille copy locked away in a fireproof vault in Antarctica or on the moon.
