Completely agreed. There are several reasons for this Jayde. One reason is a possible contagious disease, e.g, covid-19, if the individual of the office has been diagnosed and isn't following social distancing measures or self-isolating as much as possible, then a negative test should be asked to insure they aren't harming the employees that they share the same environment with them. The second reason might be more applicable to Biden. If the official's public performances and display indicates factors that may call in to question their ability to perform the job, again, mental competency, and cognition tests should be done and released to the public to reassure everyone the president has the mental and cognitive capacity to run the country. I would in fact go one step further, and say that any presidential candidate should undergo that same cognitive and mental test batteries and have the results released publically, to weed out anyone who might havve issues and not be able to perform the job adequately. These are the reasons that instantly come to mind.
