some people learn slower than others, and some learn more faster, that is a point. but if i want to sound like a native spanish speaker, something like a native spanish speaker (without the english accent}) but sometimes someone can be better at spanish than oters.
the key is... i think all know the key to be succesful spanish speakers or english speakers or whatever
