Thats not what I took away from the experience though. I just feel like whatever system they are using is broken, and the government isn't doing enough for the people. By the same token, no one is having to pour money into some kind of governmental fund, so they don't have money to help if they wanted to. In a society like that, its every man for himself, and many people dream of going west and making big money, clueless to the fact that a good chunk of that money will go through taxes into government hands, where it is supposed to go back into improving things for the people. That is why the conditions are rubbish over there, because such a system is not used or is poorly managed if it exists, but here, the rich are only getting richer, and the poor are paying the price, but at least living conditions are still nicer, and the water is safe to drink.
