Noire way out!

Quite appropriately enough, on this dark and sleepness night we've got several nasty, claustrophobic and generally dark and dreadful experiences (and I'm not just talking about the terrible puns).

First off Ticonblu, those boys and girls from Italy have cranked out yet more games! Really I wonder how this bunch keep pumping them out at such a pace, It's probably all that good strong Italian coffee, ---- or maybe they borrowed some motivational tactics from Father Nicholas Eymerich.

Either way there newist title is She noire, which is unsurprisingly a game with a female character and a dark, police investigative theme (I wonder if their next Inquisitor title will be called He torturer?).

She Noire is an adventure game with a difference and first in apparently what is to become a series from Ticonblu. Playing as Sophia, a police officer in the town of Tranates, you must investigate a series of mysterious crimes and happenings by gathering clu es andd finding information, clues that reveal a darker and more secret plot that affects not only Sophia's home, but the hole world. As well as wandering through over 40 different locations and running through an ongoing story, you must also literally search for hidden objects and clues by physically moving around the environment and hunting for hidden objects. On the Pc and Mac this is done by moving around with the arrow keys, while on Ios you draw your finger across the screen.

The game is now available for all three platforms, more information, as well as links to buy and several youtube teasers and audio instructions can be found Here on the Ticonblu website and feel free to leave any comments in the several topics about the game in our New Releases room.

She Noire isn't however the only news from Ticonblu, sinse guess what. He's big, he's bad he's Roman Catholic and he&# 039;s now got lost on your Iphone! FAther Eymerich, everyone's favourite Inquisitor now makes his second ios apparents as Inquisitor's heartbeat sees an ios release.

Instead of rattling your brain around complex puzzles and interacting with various unhelpful characters, Inquisitor's Heartbeat sees Father Eymerich lost in the dark, rat infested dungeons beneith a castle, looking for his way out. This requires complex orientation as you move around by swiping north, south east or west, rescuing prisoners, and dodging around guards on the way.

As well as many levels in 8 different settings from the castle dungeons to a deserted   forest, the game has an endless mode where mazes are created at random, so if you've ever been cursing at some of the nastier puzzles in the main Inquisitor adventure titles and want father Eymerich to get lost, ---- well now is your chance!

Lastly, we have a new developer, Ap index, and a trip back into a popu lar entertainment of the 1980's, ---- gamebooks.

Protius was a monthly magazine that ran ffor 19 issues. The first of these, The tower of terror has now been resurrected from the dust of history and made it onto your Iphone. Best of all, compared to some of the other attempts to port  gamebooks to the platform, it is intention and completely accessible with voiceover!

Play as a young wizard eager for fame and fortune who becomes impatient with his careful studdy of magic and combat and seaks out adventure on his own, adventure in the deadly tower of terror, a stronghold of fiendish traps and dastardly monsters ruled over by a tyrnaical warlock who of course you have come to slay.

With many endings (quite a few grusome), gamecenter achievements and a set of quite unique magic potions, this is definitely a must for all gamebook fans. The ap is free, however a save and restore bookmark or some cheat death cards can be bought within the ap for a small amou nt.

Now, it's time for me to leave, ---- assuming I can find the way out, ---- well this door looks perfectly saaaaaaaaaa!
