IPs change all the time, once or twice a month, sometimes much faster. Also, they can't hack your home network or anything unless you've gone in and started playing with router settings. Arguably they can geolocate you to within about a city, but "yay, you found my city" isn't that big a deal and they could probably find it other ways.
