I can't say much here because I don't know much but what I can say is this; the UK, where I'm from, London specificly, has great transport, buses trains, taxis, uber, it's all here.
I'm not sure how you'd imigrate but if you do, I'm sure you'd enjoy it.
The countryside in the UK is slower and the busses not so frequent but if you like that kind of thing, go for it.
You can get a fredom pass, that means you don't pay for busses and trains inside London and a railpass that allows you to get a discount on trains in the country, I think?
