@Gaki_shonen, TBH, you're not really helping by not giving a tutorial of your own or showing us how it can be done, as well as the fact it's clearly possible on Audacity.
Here's how I do it.
Load the audio in Audacity and select the track for editing with enter.
Select the audio that is to be sensored. So here you can either move the cursor until you're at the beginning of the audio, then select, or you can create a start and end selection at the times of the beginning and the end of the audio.
Once it's selected, click on Tone under the Generate menu, select Sign as the waveform, set the frequency to 1000Hz, and the amplitude to something quiet like 0.2. Of course feel free to experiment with the settings to find something that sounds good to you.
