I'm running into problems with some of the techniques. In particular the techniques that make you wait a second or 2 between beeps. they are incredibly irritating, as after that span of time it's difficult to tell when the next beep will be.
My particular thought process is as follows:
1: Try technique
2: fail
3: repeat 1 and 2 (3 or 4 times)
4: quit in exasperation
It would be better to have some kind of beep to take up the time, or perhapse some kind of secondary beep that lets you count out the time between, like a metronome.
