Yeah, this can't be done. There's some evidence that trauma and memory suppression are a thing, but an equal amount of evidence that it's not, so who knows on that front. But short of that period of your life having involved extreme abuse or hardship, this isn't happening. Your only real option is to use it as motivation to do whatever you have to do to get back there or something.
