Just let him do stuff, and punish him if he has 3000 plus gold, i have managed to do my temple to 80% plus completion in like 3 months or what. If you feel go to the arena and try your luck. Your hero and pet will level up eventually, and as your pet levels up, he gets stronger. And also a friendly addvertisement, straight from my hero's diary: "Feel like your hero is an idiot? See your hero blunder all the mundane things? Come down to Godville and join us, the brain damaged heroes waits for you with pointy weapons, angry pets, and nice enemies to hang out with!" Yeah, i tried to grasp the humorous addvertisements of godville, hope i kind of succeeded. Mainly, i'm looking for guild members.
