Frame perfect is more a question of spamming, timing, and positioning, not necessarily one of visual precision. What was also really interesting watching that video is that one of the blind speedrunners, katun24, actually completed a glitchless blindfolded run of Portal in 4 hours and 34 minutes, I dug up the video [here] for anyone whos interested.
