The low tones are for pressing the arrows. You are listening for little high pitch chirps to tell you what arrow to press next. They kinda sound like "cheio". So after the chirp, you hear the low tone on the next beat, then on the next beat you press the appropriate arrow as indicated by 5. I can do 3 or 4 waves before it gets too fast for me lol.
