some questions about cooking
i’ve seen a lot of recipes that say for example, “cook until golden brown. “How would you know as a blind person when to stop cooking in those cases? and the second question is sometimes when I’m baking, I have to get all the lumps out of the doe but there are some times where I can’t feel them if there are any and I have to have a sighted person look. How do you people do it?
