My opinion:
The jungle theme is made by the flute. You rip out the flute, you wreck the track.
Shadow Canyon's theme is minimalist. Just a noodling electric piano that is probably supposed to be some sort of guitar. I don't think it needs any bass track, especially not at the expense of something else.
This strikes me as...really bizarre, honestly. That said, if you've got a demo of either one that we could hear, that might get me to re-examine my position at least.
