If you already have the xbox version I wouldn't get it. Either that or wait for it to get even cheeper (it does happen quite often). The controls, to me at least feel more sluggish, it's slight but noticeable and that's on a system with good specs. The other reason the PC port is inferior is the horrible audio. All the sounds are there and sound good, it's just that the panning is horribly jumpy. The story mode cut scenes are also really badly compressed. The visuals look all right, but the audio sounds like very low bitrate MP3, something like 32KBps... so very painful.
The only reason I would even think about getting it is if you have friends that only have the PC version that you want to go multiplayer with. Otherwise save your money and get another game, maybe injustice because it's a better PC port though the story mode is mono, or MK X whenever that comes out.
