Well I don't think you can use sapi 4 voices on windows 7 since I never got it to work. But you can download the sapi4 engine for nvda and use the voices like that. I've never tried using synthesizer voices with jaws but I would go ahead and try it. Maybe if you have the sapi4 engine installed and select different voices for jaws it will output to sam or mike properly.
