Yeah, that's the voice I mean, the voice which speaks skype etc.
To avoid conflicts, yu might need to set the system voice to an other voice than VO. Then, you don't need to turn off VO before you start the game. If you don't wanna use an other voice than VO, you have to stop VO before you start the game.
