This post is going to be a rant.
First off, someone said pagan means uneducated? I don't believe that for a second. If they were uneducated, how did they know what to do with cedes, crops and turning soil?
You might have just been giving me the meaning of the word but that's rude Really, how would you like it if I said Christianity meant going to some building and singing some words then kneeling on a floor for no reason, thinking some things then going home, it wouldn't be nice rite? SO how can people call another race of people uneducated?
Here's another thing that really pisses me off. Schools and how they view religion. Oh sure they have R.E but schools in the US and the uK selibrate Christmas, and Easter. But no where will they celebrate devali, or Ead or samhain, or any other re ligion's holiday. Nope we must celebrate Christmas because most of our schools are christian bassed. What a lode of rubbish. Honestly sure if Jesus was alive today he'd be shocked.
Oh another thing that annoys me, is Atheists celebrating Christmas. If you don't believe at all, then don't partake, you have no rite, well okay you do and you can but they just do it cause they can. Which annoys me.
Oh and the media too, they piss me off, it's Christmas this and Christmas that. No mention of other holidays unless you turn to a Sikh channel or a Muslim channel, that's not rite in my opinion.
