You don't have to press all three at once. lol All three punches are assigned to the l1 button and all 3 kicks assigned to l2. So you can either do the motion and press the assigned button with one hand, or do what I do and use your right hand to press the button while my left hand performs the dpad motion, but that requires a good amount of hand dexterity. lol
