I don't have any definite fixes, but this is what I have.
Be sure to unzip everything before using the main.html file. It's coded with java so be sure to have that.
I'm not entirely sure if this makes a difference, but I personally use NVDA and Mazila Firefox. A friend with the same setup has it working fine.
