actually, I would recommend the google nexus 5. The samsung devices use a custom interface known as touch wiz, which, while it is very accessible, is not based on the google codebase, making future accessibility api changes rather difficult. All android devices with the gapps in the rom have access to the google search app, which provides google now which is the equivillent to siri for ios, just double tap on the voice search thingy on the home screen. Devices with the amsung rom are good don't get me wrong, but I personally would recommend the nexus line of devices because as soon as accessibility improvements are implemented by google, you would receive the latest and greatest accessibility changes in the next ota
