i have some spoilers regarding the bosses, please if you don't want to read it, search for the line "end of spoilers".
spoilers!
the sub-boss is goro. unlike in mk 9, he will appear in a random stage, not a predetermined one.
the final boss is shinnok. you have to fight him normally, but when you defeat him, a cutscene will show shinnok transforming into something. he will say something like: tremble before me, as i absorb earthrealm's power. then, you have to beat demon shinnok in only one round. if he wins that round, then the battle is over.
