I'm sorry this stupid mess clearly went under the radar when it was originally posted last month. However Aaron is correct on both counts, this sort of thing just causes ridiculous amounts of drama. And that goes both or people who have been banned complaining bitterly about the fact and behaving in a less than mature manner, and administrators of games who really should know better posting abucive rants about those people.
I am now making an addition to the sitefaq to the effect that anyone who has been banned from an online game should not use the forum as a platform to complain to the administrator of that game about said ban as it just results in a lot of agrivation for all involved, not to mention people on the side lines who frequently get court in the crossfire of those particular flame wars.
