@Jafarria, yes get mudrammer I use it and it works pretty well. If you do this make sure you have a bluetooth keyboard it's fine if you don't but if your playing alteraeon and you need to type fast it's hard to do on the on screen keyboard.
@Dark, I've used mudrammer for a long time now and it's vo suppor is okay it could be better. The incoming text is a problem. If you are moving the cursor around too read a room description and text comes up to alert you that your under attack it won't read while it's reading something else. If you aren't doing anything on mudrammer and there is some kind of incoming text vo will read it like it should.
Yes if you move the cursor backwards you won't see the command you typed but you will se the result of that command. For example if you typed examine chalice voiceover will read the description of the chalice. However if you want to see it again move backwards you won't see
the command you typed examine chalice but you will se the description of the chalice. So whatever mud it is you will see the result of the command not the command itself.
I have to warn you though one reason I hate mudrammer is because if
