there is even a more accessible version of youtube, for foobar2000.
THis thing may only play videos, no sign in, no channels, no playlists, but it's all I need for now. however this accessible version sounds perfect.
But anyways, if you want the fb2k plugin jus google FooYoutube and look in the hydrogenaudio thing.
