Well I'll be honest I hate windows 8, 10, and windows phones. I will stick to windows 7 for as long as possible.
That said I don't know of anyone working on windows phone games. You could probably play muds on windows phones but as far as I know that's about all for now accept for the 2 games you mentioned.
I'm actually surprised that aprone or ghorthalon haven't gotten into building windows phone games this kind of stuff is right up there alley.
