Well, keys for events are all listed in the readme. If you see someone joining an event, then there probably is an event. /events lists all the events and their Id-s. to get some more info about this event tipe tipe /eventdetails ID, to join /joinevent ID, to leave /leavevent if you can leave.
A lance is a close range weapen that has a 2 tiles range. In 1 hit you can remuve up to 500 health of your aponent, but you can only use it every 10 secounds. Pritty useless if you ask me (but noone did).
